ARCO AM/PM 

This project involved the complete demolition of an existing convenience store and gas station, and the reconstruction of a new 5,115 SF ARCO AM/PM store and fuel island on the same site. The client reused the fuel tanks for the new fuel island, and great care was used during the concrete demolition as not to damage the tanks underground. A new dry well and retention tanks were also installed underground for the site's storm water retention. The project site, along a major arterial road with tight access, was completely re-graded and a new concrete foundation was poured for the construction of the store and fuel island.
