Banner Health Del E. Webb Retail Pharmacy and Women's Center

This project involved was the addition of a new, 848 SF retail pharmacy within an existing and operational, unused space. This space was located directly off the main lobby of the Del E. Webb Medical Center, and great care was taken with the infection control process to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff. This project required extensive coordination with the end user because the schedule was condensed to meet the client's needs of four (4) weeks from the start of demo to the substantial completion. The 1,500 SF renovation of the current Women's Center with the Del E. Webb Medical Center was a complete demo and remodel of occupied medical office area. The space included offices, exam rooms, ultrasound spaces, reception and waiting area, and break room. The work was phased and completed during night shifts allowing Banner staff to continue seeing and treating patients during the project.
