We are dedicated in our search to find and support team members who want to make a difference. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Engineer to join our team that is an enthusiastic, talented construction professional.
As a Project Engineer, you will execute core tasks that are critical to your team’s success. You will partner with and support the Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver construction projects on time and within budget. You must be an energetic, self-starter with a minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience in a project management support role and possess the ability to read and comprehend construction drawings & specifications.

Responsibilities
You will guide the flow of technical information between Owner, Designers, Subcontractors and Integrity, such as project drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, and proposal requests.
You will drive the procurement schedule by tracking, processing, and expediting all subcontractor/vendor shop drawings and submittals.
You will support the project team by developing and maintaining the project schedule, by verifying the quality of products installed, and by acting as a subject matter expert in your assigned responsibilities.
You will apply critical thinking to resolve contract document issues in the field.
You will assist PMs and PreCon Manager with the preparation of budgets and support estimating efforts and subcontractor procurement and buy-out.
You will effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
You will be responsible to draft, issue, and track subcontracts and change orders.
You will issue and track RFIs -verifying their accuracies and impact on the project.
You will monitor, verify and expedite material and equipment deliveries.
Highly organized with the ability to work with multiple managers, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal skills
Healthcare experience is a plus.
Bluebeam, Sharepoint, and Procore Experience a plus.
