Medical Projects

The build-out of medical and healthcare space offers its own unique challenges. They are often occupied, multiple-phase projects requiring the close coordination of work to minimize disruptions to patient care. IBC's team understands this and utilizes a design assist approach to aid in the selection of finishes based on cost, schedule, life-cycle and usage to create a space committed to the well-being of your patients and staff.

When completing an occupied improvement or renovation, IBC's team will maintain a "patient ready" environment, allowing you to continue to receive and care for patients during your regular operating hours.

IBC's Project Manager will guide and educate you through the process. We will walk you through each phase of your project so you can visualize your space as it comes together. You can walk through the space to see the location of walls before walls are framed, and again to verify power and switch locations before conduit is run, allowing adjustments that have no cost or schedule impact.

Integrity showed a thorough understanding that healthcare facilities are unique work environments. They are keenly aware of the potential hazards that exist when completing construction work within such areas, and they maintained strict ICRA compliance without compromising the health of our patients and staff.
